With a shared commitment to great client service and team member appreciation, Yeldell, Wilson, Wood & Reeve, P.C. will merge with Brandon W. Diviney, CPA, a Kaufman, Texas public accounting firm. The merger is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2020. The firms will consolidate under the name of YWRD, P.C.
This merger is significant for everyone at Yeldell, Wilson, Wood & Reeve, P.C. We are excited to expand with the help of a new partner who shares not only our values but also our passion for making our clients satisfied and successful. When the Diviney team joins YWRD on January 1, 2020, the combined firm will have professionals working in Ennis, Waxahachie and Kaufman who have decades of experience and advanced training which lends to the personalized, quality service clients have come to expect.

About Brandon W. Diviney, CPA
Brandon Diviney started his career with a large public accounting firm in the DFW Metroplex after graduating from Texas Christian University. In April of 2016, he founded his own practice in Kaufman, TX where he and his family call home. Primarily a tax and consulting practice, Brandon W. Diviney, CPA, PC has grown quickly as a result of its commitment to professionalism, responsiveness and quality. In addition to tax compliance and IRS representation, the firm also offers full-service bookkeeping and payroll services, strategic business planning and consulting, and a number of other services tailored for the needs of our clients.
